Small Cave

The underground tides lap softly at the shore of a solid rock beach. This hidden pool was formed by dripping water over thousands of years and is heated by lava flows much further beneath the earth’s surface.

The water, heated to a hundred degrees Fahrenheit, seems inviting in the cave’s choking humidity. Tempting, but the warm waters may harbor a species of single celled animals capable of parasitizing and ultimately killing a human within the month. I choose to stay away. Funny which risks we choose to take and which ones we don’t.

All photos taken on expired off-brand 35mm film.

+about

I spent my life imagining myself a part of the adventures that I saw in movies. One day something just clicked and I realized that adventure wasn't a far off land, it was an attitude. So I got out and started to look at the world around me. It's more interesting than I had suspected.

Team Crowbar is just one person, without a crowbar. (You can do this by yourself!)
