Burial Pt. 1

On the eve of a storm, I stood outside, shivering and far from home. Above me, swirling clouds obscured the moon. I had come to this place to stand before a portal between two worlds; a cavity deep within the earth uncovered by miners decades ago. I was about to enter and inhabit this underworld for the weekend in my search for the unknown.

Whispering a goodbye to the stormy heavens, I took the first step and the skies slid away, the gusting winds died; the shadow had cast me into its deepest hold.

I clicked on my lights and stepped among the first of many wonders I would witness over the next few days. . .

I spent my life imagining myself a part of the adventures that I saw in movies. One day something just clicked and I realized that adventure wasn't a far off land, it was an attitude. So I got out and started to look at the world around me. It's more interesting than I had suspected.

Team Crowbar is just one person, without a crowbar. (You can do this by yourself!)
